If you're a healthcare provider, hope that these people never get a hold of your phone number, because they will abuse it. If they do get your phone number, they will bother you incessantly with recruitment calls, as they have done to me for over a year now. I have blocked so many numbers of theirs, but they always have new ones to continue calling me with. I have tried calling them back before in the hopes of getting them to finally leave me alone, but the line rings endlessly and there is never an option to leave a voicemail. I can't speak from a patient care perspective, however from an employee stand point I was disappointed in my experience with Florida Rehability. I was contacted constantly during the onboarding process, but once all my required documents were submitted it was mostly silence from there. I received an offer for one patient in the month and a half I was onboarded. I touched based in regards to receiving patients and I was told things are slow, which is fine. However, once I touched based again, I was told things are very busy and I falsely told I've been contacted to see patients and did not reply, which was not true. Dan did contact me to apologize, which was appreciated, but I was not pleased from the coordination standpoint, especially being told things that were not true. It costs money to onboard, I regret the money I wasted with this company.
